• Balanced Hybrid
Zkittlez × Animal West
Zkittlez × Animal West — bold cherry-citrus flavor with an uplifting cerebral opening and deep physical relaxation at 20–26% THC.
• Strain overview
Cherry Zest crosses Zkittlez with Animal West, and the name earns itself: bold cherry flavor with a real citrus-zest snap on top. THC runs 20–26%. The effect is a balanced hybrid in the truest sense — an uplifting cerebral buzz that gives way to deep physical relaxation without shutting the evening down entirely. It is a strong pick for winding down while staying present, and it rotates through our New Jersey menu.

Cherry Zest
Balanced Hybrid
Zkittlez contributes the fruity, candy-like sweetness and a deeply relaxing base. Animal West brings potency and an energetic head buzz. The combination is why Cherry Zest opens brighter than most evening strains before settling.
• The Sensory Profile
Sweet cherry leads, with a sharp citrus-zest brightness cutting through it and earthy pine underneath. It is one of the more aromatic jars in the rotation.
Caryophyllene
Peppery spice, associated with stress relief
Limonene
The citrus zest note and mood elevation
Linalool
Floral and calming, supports the body relaxation

• Commonly described
An uplifting cerebral buzz — bright, creative, mood-forward.
Deep physical relaxation that stops short of complete sedation.
Genuinely good for evening use when you still want to be functional. The 20–26% range means the ceiling is higher than it feels at first, so pace yourself.
Cannabis experiences vary by product, dose, individual and setting. These descriptions are informational and are not guaranteed effects.
• Shop this strain
We source Cherry Zest for dense buds with deep green-purple coloration and the resin coverage that carries its aromatics. The citrus top note is fragile — batches that lost it in the cure do not make the menu.
Start with one small inhale and wait a full 15 minutes before taking more with flower or vape. With edibles, wait two full hours before redosing. This is general information, not medical advice — tolerance and body chemistry vary.
