• Balanced Hybrid
Cookies-family dessert cross
A cookie-dough dessert hybrid — sweet cocoa and toasted nut flavor with an easygoing, even-keeled settle.
• Strain overview
Chocolate Chip is the most approachable strain in our Central Jersey dessert rotation. It is a balanced hybrid with a cocoa-and-cookie-dough flavor, a mild sweet nuttiness on the exhale, and effects that stay level rather than pulling hard in either direction. Batches typically test between 18 and 24% THC — moderate by current standards, which is exactly why it works for people who find the 28%-plus strains overwhelming. It rotates through our New Jersey menu, so check the live menu for current stock.

Chocolate Chip
Balanced Hybrid
Chocolate Chip comes out of the broader Cookies family, where the chocolate-and-dough terpene character has been selected for repeatedly across a number of crosses. Exact parentage is inconsistent between sources, so we describe it by what it reliably delivers rather than committing to a lineage we cannot verify: Cookies-style structure, a cocoa-forward nose and a balanced, unhurried effect.
• The Sensory Profile
Warm and mellow — cocoa powder and raw cookie dough, with a toasted nut note and a soft earthiness underneath. There is no gas or funk here, which is part of the appeal for people who want something less aggressive in the jar.
Caryophyllene
Peppery warmth, commonly linked to stress relief
Myrcene
Soft herbal sweetness, supports the mellow body feel
Humulene
Earthy, woody depth behind the cocoa
Terpene names are listed as commonly reported for this variety; percentages appear on each batch's lab results.
• Commonly described
A gentle mood lift with no rush and no racing edge.
An even, comfortable body ease that stays well short of couch-lock.
Chocolate Chip is the one we point lower-tolerance customers toward. It takes the edge off without taking the evening, which makes it a reasonable dinner-and-a-show strain rather than a sleep aid.
Cannabis experiences vary by product, dose, individual and setting. These descriptions are informational and are not guaranteed effects.
• Shop this strain
The cocoa note is fragile — it is the first thing that disappears when flower is dried too fast or stored badly. We select batches where it is still obvious on the break, with medium-dense Cookies-style buds and even trichome coverage.
Start with one small inhale and wait a full 15 minutes before taking more with flower or vape. With edibles, wait two full hours before redosing. This is general information, not medical advice — tolerance and body chemistry vary.
